Welcome to Advance Talent Hub, a platform operated by Advance Sports Management("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, which connects university coaches with student-athletes seeking scholarship opportunities.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Service Description

Advance Talent Hub is a digital platform that facilitates discovery and recruitment by enabling:

• Student-athletes to create athletic and academic profiles
• Coaches to search and evaluate prospects
• Parents to assist minors in managing their accounts

We act solely as a technology intermediary and do not guarantee recruitment, scholarships, or outcomes from any user interactions.

2. Eligibility and Account Types

You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform. Users under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian create and manage their account and provide digital consent during registration. Coach accounts are restricted to verified representatives of legitimate academic institutions.

3. User Responsibilities

All users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully
• Not misuse or disrupt the platform’s services
• Not impersonate others or create fraudulent content
• Update their profiles when information changes

Parents and guardians managing minor profiles are responsible for their use and content.

4. Coach Terms

Coaches agree to:

• Use the platform solely for recruiting purposes
• Maintain professionalism in communication
• Abide by institutional and regulatory recruiting rules
• Refrain from sharing athlete information externally without consent

Advance reserves the right to verify and revoke coach access at any time.

5. Parental/Guardian Consent

By registering as a parent/guardian and managing a minor’s account, you:

• Confirm that you are legally authorized to provide consent
• Allow Advance to display and process your child’s profile for recruitment purposes
• Agree to the conditions outlined in our Parental/Guardian Consent Agreement.
• May revoke this consent at any time by contacting support@advancetalenthub.com Acknowledge that content uploaded may be used as described in our Publicity & Media Policy

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and branding belong to Advance Sports Management or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute platform content without permission.

You retain ownership of your personal content but grant Advance a worldwide, non- exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it for operational and promotional purposes.

7. Rights of Publicity and Media Use

By creating a profile or uploading media (photos, videos, stats), you authorize Advance to use your image, name, and achievements in promotional content, as described in our Publicity & Media Policy.

8. Privacy and Data Use

Your information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We follow data protection principles applicable under COPPA, GDPR, and other privacy frameworks. Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data.

9. Digital Security

We apply modern and responsible digital security practices to protect your data and platform integrity. This includes:

• Encryption for data in transit and at rest
• Session management and secure authentication
• Role-based access control for administrators
• Monitoring, backups, and threat detection

10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tools to:

• Authenticate users and manage sessions
• Improve functionality and analyze performance
• Support personalized experiences and AI-based suggestions

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that:

• Violate these Terms

• Endanger the integrity or security of the platform

Users may also request to delete their account and data at any time.

13. Disclaimers and Limitations

Advance Talent Hub:

• Does not verify all user-submitted content
• Does not guarantee recruitment, scholarships, or success
• Is not liable for decisions made based on platform content
• Provides AI-based recommendations for visibility, but not decision-making

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The platform may contain links or integrations with third-party tools. Advance is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external services.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted indicates your acceptance. Material updates will be communicated via email or platform notification.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the platform, or any related services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
