The Process

How It Works

An AI agent builds the profile with you, field by field. Coaches then search what it built.

The agent builds it with you

You answer in plain language. The agent puts every answer where a coach looks for it, and tells you what is still missing.

What the agent tells you to improve

Your left-foot passing range is a differentiator. Ask your club for footage that shows it under pressure.

One of your two matches is from last season. Add a recent full game before the spring window opens.

Your budget line rules out most private D2 programs. Widen it or add NAIA targets where aid is stronger.

Build Your Athlete Profile

The agent asks for each piece in plain language, fills it where coaches look, and tells you what to improve. The more complete your profile, the more visible you become.

2

Coaches Use AI-Powered Scouting

The AI Scout searches ATH profiles to identify best-fit athletes. The AI works for coaches — your profile fuels the process.

Coaches connect when fit exists. Early users gain positioning as the platform grows.

What makes a profile complete

Completeness is not a vanity score. Each field below is something a coach filters on — and the agent reviews each one, flags what is weak, and tells you how to fix it.

Academic context

GPA, transcript status, test scores, graduation year, intended major.

Athletic background

Position, secondary position, club history, minutes played, level of competition.

Video access

Full match links, not only highlights. Coaches watch defensive shape too.

Recruiting preferences

Division targets, geography, budget range, start term.

What a coach actually evaluates

Your profile matters because it is the only thing a coach sees before deciding whether to spend time on you.

Can this athlete get in?

GPA, transcript status, test scores and graduation year decide eligibility before anything athletic is considered.

Can we afford this athlete?

Budget range and aid needs are filtered early. Being explicit here gets you shortlisted, not excluded.

Does the position fit the need?

A roster gap is specific. Position, foot, height and role are matched against it.

Is the level realistic?

Club history, minutes played and level of competition tell a coach where you can compete now.

What a coach looks for in your video

Highlights show the best five minutes. Coaches evaluate the other eighty-five.

Full matches, not only reels

One or two complete games let a coach see decision-making without the ball.

You, identified

Jersey number, kit colour and starting position stated so nobody has to guess which player you are.

Defensive work

Pressing, recovery runs and positioning are watched as closely as goals.

Recent footage

Clips older than a season raise questions the profile has to answer.

If you are an international athlete

Most of the athletes ATH works with are applying from outside the United States. The profile is built to carry that context.

Academic equivalency

Your grades translated into the terms a U.S. admissions office reads.

English proficiency

TOEFL or Duolingo scores, or the plan and date to take them.

Eligibility Center

NCAA or NAIA registration status tracked as part of profile completeness.

Budget reality

What your family can actually cover, so coaches only reach out where the numbers work.
